HOURS Day 8 – Original Watercolor Skull Painting
HOURS Day 8 – Original Watercolor Skull Painting
A watercolor painting of a pastel-colored human skull
THE ART
This piece is part of a 30 day challenge that I gave to myself to complete a painting of a skull in an hour or less every morning. This challenge was in response to a feeling that I am on this cusp of several great ideas, if only they could be shaken loose from my brain space. I find that when I am struggling with brain funk like this, it can be helpful to give myself a daily challenge with a narrow scope so that I start to think of all the ways that I want to create work outside of the limits I have given myself.
