THE ART

This piece is a rumination on a hopefully feeling from January 2021 that was rooted in a grim resolve, and a knowledge that the way forward would not be easy.

How can we remain hopeful, but also be constructively critical of progress?

You may have noticed that skulls are featured prominently in my work. I love to use them as a device to talk about the self laid bare, without any of the social constructs or ego traps that we often bring to our identity.
