FAQ

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR WORK?

I take great care in shipping my original pieces and the lovely objects from my studio. My goal is for your order to reach you safely. I also take great care to reuse packaging as often as I can in an effort to waste as little as possible. I am always looking for greener options.

I ship via USPS using first class or priority mail. I do not insure packages or require a signature for delivery. If you need to request these features, please use the contact form in my bio to reach out. Remember to reference your order number, and keep in mind that additional charges may apply.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRINTS?

My open edition prints currently ship directly from my printer, and as such will arrive separately from other items in your order. Open edition prints are shipped either in rigid mailers or in sturdy cardboard tubes to ensure their safety. Limited edition prints ship in sturdy tubes.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

I ship to North America from my website shop. Please choose the correct shipping selection at check out. If you choose US shipping and you are shipping to a Canadian address, additional shipping charges will likely apply and will be sent through an online invoice for payment.

For the folks ordering outside of North America, I have created a shop on Etsy, as they are better set up to handle the ever-changing landscape around VAT and new packingaging laws.

Please note that the shipping fees at time of purchase do not cover any customs or duty fees that your country may collect upon receiving your order.

CAN YOU SIGN MY PRINT?

Due to the fact that my open edition prints ship directly from the printer, I am afraid that I cannot sign your print. Limited Edition prints will be signed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow for 1-2 weeks of processing time for your order in addition to the shipping time. I generally get orders out faster, but at the end of the day I am a one-person show. Processing and delivery times may be longer during the holidays. I also back out my store closure dates to make sure I make the USPS holiday deadlines for deliveries.

USPS generally delivers within 3-5 business days. International shipping is harder to predict, with some deliveries taking 5-6 weeks. Most international orders are delivered within 3 weeks.

WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS LOST/STOLEN/ DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

I am not liable for mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service. I work hard on my end to make sure that your order is packaged in such a way that it arrives safely. Please remember that I have no control over how your package is treated once it leaves my hands, and be kind when reaching out.

If your items were damaged: I handle these on a case by case basis. Often times we can fix many issues with simple trouble shooting - bends in a print can be flattened or ironed out, for instance. You may be asked to file a claim with the shipping service.

In the event that a replacement is sent out to the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

If your items were lost/stolen/marked as delivered but are missing: If your item is marked as “delivered” but is missing from your doorstep, please check your shipping address that you submitted in your original order and make sure it was correct. I am unable to replace items for free if the shipping address was incorrect. If the address was incorrect and the package was undelivered, they are occasionally sent back to the studio. If this is the case I can forward it on to your correct address, though you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

If the address is correct and you believe the package to be lost or stolen, you must contact the shipping service personally. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and I cannot replace lost or stolen packages for free.

I am unable to replace for free any items that were damaged after delivery.

Is something else wrong with your order? Please reach out via the contact form in my bio.
